Overview
Recalibrate: A Courageous Reset for Women in STEM
A live, small-group workshop for women in STEM who want to meet work and life pressure with more clarity, steadiness, and choice.
You know the moment. A decision is questioned. A boundary needs to be named. Another request lands on a calendar that is already full.
You may know what you want to say, yet find yourself explaining too much, holding back, or carrying the conversation long after it ends.
Come recalibrate.
Join Nancy Nicholson, Jaime Kline, and Kathryn Gaulke for a two-hour, live virtual workshop for women working and leading in STEM. This is a small circle where you can pause, notice what is taking your energy, and practice a more intentional way forward.
Bring one real situation from your work. You’ll leave with:
- A simple way to pause and steady yourself when pressure rises
- Language for a boundary or conversation you need to have
- A chance to practice your response in a supportive setting
- One clear commitment to carry into your work
You don’t need to have the right answer before you arrive. You can come as you are.
Why this room?
Nancy, Jaime, and Kathryn began their careers as NASA thermal engineers. Their paths have since taken them into coaching, leadership development, and facilitation. Together, they bring an understanding of complex technical environments and the human experience of working within them.
We believe you can be capable and still need room to breathe. You can care deeply about your work and choose a different way to carry it.
What to expect
This is a participatory workshop with reflection, guided exercises, and conversation in a group capped at 20. We encourage cameras on where possible so we can connect as people, and you’ll always have choice about what you share. The session will not be recorded.
Who it’s for
Women in STEM who are navigating leadership, workplace pressure, change, or a conversation they’ve been putting off. You may be an established leader, stepping into greater responsibility, or finding your voice in a demanding environment.

Your Facilitators
This gathering is guided by three experienced women leaders who bring together deep expertise in leadership, organizational development, mindfulness, and embodied healing. With decades of combined experience across engineering, federal and corporate environments, executive coaching, and holistic practice, Nancy Nicholson, Kathryn Gaulke, and Jaime Kline create a grounded, compassionate space where women can slow down, reconnect, and restore. Together, they bridge science and soul—offering a thoughtful, trauma-informed experience that supports clarity, resilience, and authentic leadership from the inside out.

DARE TO LEAD™
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to engage leaders in real conversations about being brave and building courageous cultures. The most significant finding from Dr. Brown’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, observable, and measurable.
