About The Dare To Lead Program
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
Why Courage? Courage is 100% observable, teachable, and measurable, and Dare to Lead™ is an empirically-based curriculum designed to teach you how to be a brave leader.
Dare to Lead™ breaks Courage into four practical, learnable skills that build capability in areas that challenge many leaders and employees and deeply impact organizational health and profitability. They are:
Rumble with vulnerability. This is the foundational skill set of courage-building. Our ability to be daring leaders will never be greater than our capacity for vulnerability.
Live into your values. Our values inspire us to be brave. By clarifying them, we can lean into them as we step out in courage.
Build trust. Brave leaders understand the elements of trust, how to build trust with themselves and others, and how to address trust-related issues when they arise.
Rise Strong. When we have a process for recovering from the inevitable setbacks that occur when we are being brave, our courage muscle grows.

Dare to Lead Intensives
The curriculum was developed by Dr. Brené Brown and is based on 20+ years of research. It includes exercises to increase your self-awareness, build your courage skill sets, and give you practical tools to take back to the people around you. The small group format allows for meaningful discussion, coaching, and accountability. Upon completion, you will be Dare to Lead™ Trained, a distinction that communicates you understand vulnerability, trust, and resilience, and that you are equipped to bravely engage in difficult conversations.
